DID YOU KNOW that Amethyst Homes has achieved GOLD STAR STATUS for customer satisfaction three years running.

The accreditation – organised by external specialist market research company @In-house Research Ltd – is based purely on customer feedback received through independent telephone surveys.

@Tom Weston, Chief Executive with In-house says: “Carrying out independent customer satisfaction research is hugely valuable as it provides robust third-party insight into the experience buyers receive – and highlights the importance of consistently delivering on promises.

“For 2025, the In-house Research Gold Award was accredited to organisations achieving a ‘Recommend a friend or family member’ score of 90% or above.

“Due to improvements across the industry, more than 80% of house builders working with In-house achieved this level – a reflection of the sector’s focus on customer care. As a result, the award criteria will be evolving for 2026 to ensure the recognition continues to highlight the very best performers.”

On top of achieving this third gold from In-house, Amethyst also holds Home Builders Federation 5-star status, again judged on customer satisfaction surveys. All (100%) of our homebuyers who responded said they would recommend us to a friend.
