The devil is in the detail – so the saying goes! Keen to impress house hunters, we partnered with Newcastle based design specialists, Q Interiors, to create our two show homes.
Located at our Vallum Heights and Pastures developments, the show homes opened this summer and have been dressed to reflect their locations – Newcastle City Centre and southeast Northumberland, respectively.
The three bedroomed Airey at Vallum Heights, adopts bright, vivid and bold colours – teamed with contemporary furnishings. Whereas the four bedroomed Rothbury, at The Pastures, reflects the developments’ coastal setting, with a calm, tranquil and muted colour scheme and furnishings – created from natural materials.
Paula Spoor, Sales Manager at Amethyst Homes, added: “This is the first time we have partnered Q Interiors, but we have been thrilled with the results. Its experience in delivering high quality show homes and creative design is why we appointed them.
“Show homes play such an important part in the home buying experience. It can help people to imagine themselves in the property, offer design inspiration and give a feel for how and where furniture can be positioned.”
Both show homes can be viewed between 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday.
