Nevermind, ‘silver service’, we have been awarded gold standard in our recent customer satisfaction surveys.
The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based purely on our customer feedback received through an independent telephone survey.
In the survey year covering new home handovers from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022, 90% of customers responded. Of those, 94% said they would recommend Amethyst Homes to their friends, colleagues or family members.
