Amethyst Homes is celebrating after its Meadows development at Stillington secured its third Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award since 2021.
The site comprises a mix of two, three and four bedroomed homes within a rural setting, yet with good transport links to Stockton -on-Tees.
The Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards (QRA) are achieved by site managers and their teams, for consistently delivering quality workmanship and site management.
Each site / team that wins the monthly award is then shortlisted for the annual Excellence Awards.

In addition to The Meadows, Amethyst’s Regents Park development at Consett was awarded Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards in 2021 and 2022.
