We are celebrating after our Regents Park development in Consett County Durham, was awarded Development of the Year (101 plus plots) North, by Premier Guarantee.
The awards were founded to recognise site managers and their teams, for consistently delivering quality workmanship and site management.
Each month, developments across the country are awarded Quality Recognition Awards (QRAs) by Premier Guarantee for quality of build, cleanliness of site and customer care.
27 developments countrywide were shortlisted for the Excellence Award, with eight, including Amethyst achieving a title. Amethyst is no stranger to awards success, with Regents Park and The Meadows developments in Stillington achieving QRA accolades in 2021, 2022 and this year.
Each site/team that wins the monthly award is then shortlisted for the annual Excellence Awards. This year, we are delighted that our Regents Park Development in Consett has been recognised, winning a national Excellence Award.
