Driving ahead – Amethyst Homes’ new Customer Care response vehicle!

Amethyst Homes is driving ahead in its bid to continually improve its customer service, with the addition of its first customer care response vehicle.

Keep an eye out for the Highland Grey Renault Trafic which will be travelling across the region to deliver after sales care for buyers who are settling into their new homes. The van will be driven by Amethyst Homes Customer Care Technician, who has the responsibility for dealing with minor repairs on customers properties which are still within their first two years warranty period.

Richard Bass, Development Director at Amethyst said: “This new vehicle, the first of its kind for Amethyst, is a welcome addition to the team. With this service we hope to provide further assurance and support for our buyers.

“We want to build on the success of last year’s In-House Research customer satisfaction surveys, with 94% of our buyers saying they would recommend Amethyst to colleagues, friends or family members.”

Run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, the results are based purely on our customer feedback received through an independent telephone survey.

The customer care response vehicle will operate between Monday to Friday. Purchasers will be able to get in touch with the service / team by contacting the customer care department, based at Amethyst Homes head office in Consett, County Durham.
