Amethyst Homes is seeing stars, having been awarded the Home Builders Federation (HBF) 5-star status for its customer satisfaction.
This is the first year that we have been able to participate in this industry wide survey. It was previously only available to organisations with developments registered through the NHBC, but now accepts companies – like Amethyst – with sites registered through Premier Guarantee, to apply.
The HBF survey is sent to customers eight weeks after legal completion. From that date they have three months to respond. To be awarded a 5-star rating, the housebuilder needs to achieve a customer satisfaction rate of over 90%. Only a handful of organisations in the North East were rated 5 -star this year.
