Amethyst Homes has hit the jackpot for the second year running, awarded gold standard in its recent customer satisfaction surveys.
The awards, run by external specialist market research company – In-house Research – are based purely on customer feedback received through independent telephone surveys.
In the survey, which covered all legal completions and hand over of homes to buyers in 2023, we received a ‘Recommend a Friend Score’ of 97% – which has risen from 94% achieved, last year.

As part of its customer services focus, at the end of last year, Amethyst launched a dedicated customer response vehicle, which travels across the region to deliver after sales care for buyers who are settling into their new homes.
